Guest guest
Jumping Rope Complements Rebounding: http://virginrebounding.com/3.html Jumping rope is a great exercise that complements rebounding. Jumping rope also flushes the lymphatic system but not in the same way as rebounding. Jumping rope causes more shock on your joints than rebounding. The pounding of the pavement creates more stress on the joints, specifically the feet, ankles and knees than does rebounding. At the age of 35, your body begins to change and your metabolism changes too. At this point you need to continue exercising but change the format to a more shock-free form of exercise. You can simultate jumping rope on a rebounder and get the same effects without the shock. Also by simulating jogging on a rebounder it is more stress-free than jogging on a treadmeal or running on a track. Jumping rope, on the other hand, is beneficial in small doses because it flushes the lympatic system. I recommend jumping rope along with rebounding for over-all fitness and achieving your goals. Rebounding is more efficient at flushing the lymphatic system than any other exercise, and jumping rope complements rebounding but with more shock to your joints. I recommend wearing a shock-absorber in your athletic shoe in aiding your feet, ankes, knees and other joints in reducing shock. Drinking water is also important when jumping rope. For Miami/Dade residents, I teach rope jumping to complement your rebounding exercise.
