Guest guest
Yes, it's a great exercise. I thought I'd just toss in my two cents. However, as we get older (like me) you will want to get one that has the stabilizer bar on it. So you can hang onto something while you jump. I'm 57. I do tai chi/qigong in the morning, followed by weights/resistance training and then I watch the Daily Show rebounding. I play tennis 5-6 hours a week in the winter, and 20 hours a week (minimum) in the summer. But boy, I'm really starting to feel it. If you do only one exercise a day, the rebounding is the one I'd recommend. Additionally, take your glasses off and focus on a point away from you. It strengthens your eyes and you'll notice after five minutes of this that you can see much better w/o the glasses. Go figger. David In a message dated 3/7/2008 3:24:07 A.M. Guest guest
Hi all, I am new to this list. What rebounder do you recommend? I'm saving up for the Cellerciser which is a bit more expensive than you mentioned, $339 on vitalityplus1.com to be exact. From what I have read it is a sight better than the Needak and other rebounders. Suz

Guest guest
You know what I use.... good old fashion trampoline. I enjoy doing yoga on it (balance can be a difficult however). I love jumping around like a monkey...hehe suz stapler wrote: > Good posts, but what brands do you all have? > > Has anyone tried the Cellercise rebounder, before I buy one? > > Suz >

Guest guest
Sorry for the late reply on this one. I do not check this daily as of lately. I did the research on just about every rebounder out there back in 2002 and decided on the Rebound-Air. It had just about all of the features that the Cellerciser has (just a few exceptions), and about half the cost. I have had mine for 5 years and it is still in great shape. Cellerciser is a great "gimick", but I don't think it is worth 200 more dollars. The springs are identical and the mesh fiber that the trampoline is made from is very similar in most types that are high end mini-trampolines. If they called it a mini-trampoline, no one would pay $400. Anyway, the advice about getting one with the stabilizer bar is not a bad idea if you are a bit older and need this or do not have good balance. I think it adds about $50 and most come with this feature if you want it. I hope this helps. Blessings, Jeffsuz stapler <scupe1 wrote: Good posts, but what brands do you all have?
