Laughter Yoga is a blend of yoga breath techniques and gentle laughter. It is physically-oriented and does not rely on the mind at all. As a result, you don't need to be happy, have a sense of humour, or even have a reason in order to laugh. Laughter Yoga is based on the philosophy of " acting happiness " . You learn to simulate laughter until it flows out like a fountain. It is both relaxing and invigorating at the same time. Laughter Yoga develops your inner spirit of laughter - also called the Joy of Laughter. Laughter Yoga is also an aerobic form of exercise.
