I'd say that folk should learn how to dowse their supplements. Dowsing has

enabled me to heal my cancer 24 years ago. And how to stay cancer free.

Interesting comment Melly, so I did an engine search:

It appears there is a debate about Rosemary and Blood Pressure.

Sites For Using Rosemary for regulating or lowering High Blood

Pressure:

http://www.ageless.co.za/rosemary4.htm

http://www.herbco.com/bulk_herbs/Rosemary.php

Sites That Say Rosemary is for Treating Low Blood Pressure:

http://forums2.gardenweb.com/forums/load/herbal/msg0814592520459.html

http://www.mothernature.com/Library/Bookshelf/Books/15/24.cfm

And a site that said to strictly avoid Rosemeary when High Blood

Pressure is present:

http://www.buzzle.com/articles/alternative-medicine-high-

bloodpressure/

Just a common sense reminder to do as much research as you can about

your health and your health options- and consult a professional as

needed. As well as consider an all around plan to improve/maintain

health instead of relying on one herb/supplement/cure-all.
