The flowers should be rubbed in vinegar and applied over the forehead. This remedy will soon provide relief. & bull; Take clove, cinnamon and almond in equal quantities (around 1 teaspoon each) and grind together with a little water to make a paste. This should be continued for about a week. & bull; Oil massage on the scalp also relieves tension and headache. Sesame oil, almond oil, mustard oil can be used for massage. & bull; Nutritional supplements that may help include Magnesium - 500 mg per day (reduces frequency of migraines), Vitamin B2 (decrease frequency and severity of migraines), and/or 5HTP (reduces frequency and severity of migraines). & bull; Herbal supplements that may help include Feverfew (reduces in the severity, duration, and frequency) and Gingko Biloba. Often lifestyle changes that include changes one's diet and learning techniques to relax work very effectively in relieving headaches.
