Include All Licensed Providers in Health Legislation!

Robert, ask your Senators to include all licensed providers in health

legislation

The Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pension Committee (HELP) has

introduced health care legislation that would mandate all licensed

providers be eligible for inclusion in group and individual health

insurance plans. However, many health care proposals are currently

under consideration, and it is unclear whether this non-discrimination

provision will make it to final Senate legislation. Providing

coverage of a variety of licensed health care practitioners is important

because it will ensure Americans can see the provider of their choice,

increase the supply of primary care providers, and reduce overall health

care costs.

Please let your Senators know that final health care legislation must

include provider non-discrimination. Click here to take action:
