Guest guest Posted March 21, 2010 Report Share Posted March 21, 2010 Crudités with Black Olive & Cream Dim Sum http://www.myhealthytown.com/index.php?option=com_agora & task=topic & id=41 & Itemid=\ 58 Crudités 1 carrot, peeled 1 celery stalk ½ cucumber ½ cup broccoli florets ½ cup cherry tomatoes Slice the carrot, celery and cucumber on the diagonal into chip shapes. Arrange in a circle on a serving plate and place the broccoli florets and cherry tomatoes in the center. Serve immediately or store the vegetables in a sealed container in the refrigerator. Crudités will keep for up to three days. Black Olive & Cream Dim Sum 2 cups avocado ½ cup black olives, pitted 1½ tsp. sea salt 1/3 cup fresh cilantro or other herb(s) chopped ¼ cup fresh squeezed lemon juice 2 tsps. cumin 2 tsps. ginger 1½ tsps. minced jalapeño 8 red leaf lettuce leaves Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until olives and avocado are chopped.
