Meat?

There is so much crap in meat these days that I would be very careful to eat

any of it - it's full of antibiotics, hormones, etc. I would only eat

free-range, organic meat - and only on occasion.

I fully agree, it is to the point that the only things we are truly safe to

eat is that which we grow ourselves,on unpolluted soil! Lorie
