Guest guest
Original clip: Therefore the cure for diseases is to reverse the cause. Replace or reload omega 3 back into the cells (a long process) and the cells will begin to normalize and disease will diminish. ---------- Hey Rick. I tried flax and borage and got so depressed I felt I could not live. I stopped them and was fine the next day, so those are out for me. I have been doing omegas from fish oil for several months and do not notice any benefit at all. Perhaps I am not doing enough. I do 2000 mgs. I also do some Evening primrose oil and some olive oil. So I am getting the 3/6/9 . What is a good balance/ratio, from what you have read? What say ye? Thanks Donna
Guest guest
Hi Donna It could be that the Flax oil was not truly cold pressed and would work against you. The only Flax oil that i am sure of is Barleans - one way to tell if flax oil isn't good is the smell. If it smells like paint (it is basically linseed oil) then Don't use it - it can be carcinogenic. This might account for your depression. Most Fish oil capsules are mixed with vit. E for protection of the delicate omega 3 and 2 capsules of 1 gram ea. should be considered the bare minimum of omega 3. If you were consuming 50 grams of EFA fat per day then 10 grams of omega 3 would be required for balance. The American diet is almost completely devoid of omega 3 to the point that americans have 5% or less omega 3 in their cells. In the processed food industry they have eliminated the spoilable omega 3s and replaced them with the dastardly hydrogenated oils which is why americans have no controllers (omega 3) in their cells. This is one of the reasons why obesity is so rampant, they are stuffing their bodies full of hydrogenated oils (processed foods) and their bodies are SCREAMING for REAL NUTRITION so they just keep stuffing it in. Even olive oil (omega 9) can be detrimental - it will fill in where omega 3 belongs and can also squeeze out omega 3. Your body can produce omega 9 so it is NOT a necessary oil. The best oil for cooking is coconut oil giving your body the necessary and VERY HEALTHFUL medium chain saturated fats. Is the buffalo meat from grass fed animals? If so you are getting one of the best meats you can get which will have a near perfect omega 3 - 6 ratio. Grain fed animals have very little if any omega 3. The ideal balance of omegas according to this web page is 20% omega 3, 60% omega 6 and 10% omega 9. I know your body will definitely function properly at this balance but when omega 3s have been squeezed to less than 5% - the body literally goes to hell. And you get to support the American Drug Cartel and all their overpriced overeducated servants called doctors. Plus you will become a slave to their poisonous mind numbing drugs. http://www.thehempnut.com/nutrition.html Best Health to You Rick Donna wrote: > Original clip: > Therefore the cure for diseases is to reverse the cause.
