If you are high blood pressure, be sure to get the de-glyccerized (or something like that!) kind, and if it is very high, you should avoid licorice altogether or at least check your pressure daily. There are some herbs that will seem to give you energy but are actually overworking your adrenals as they do so. Try the licorice and let me know how you feel!
