Guest guest
Yes I have taken olive leaf as well as my neice, her husband and my husband's Uncles 89 yo and 90yo. I took olive leaf for a sinus infection as well as my neice's husband. The rest took it for parasite problems. It does work, the really funny thing about it we have found is it seems to attack wherever a problem had been, and we thought the infection was gone. I had a massive headache for one day, it felt my sinuses were going to explode for about one hour and I had various body aches for a few days. Then they went away to never return. It was a weird feeling, knowing I had a problem previously in an area to feel it being 'invaded and knocked out' is the only way I can describe it. The old uncles don't talk much and do not have the vocabulary or understanding to tell us much. They did get much better quicker. We have decided to give it to them for the rest of their lives. Someone else asked how long it could be taken, I have yet to find out that answer. But we want these old guys as healthy as we can get them, (we are their caretakers) so we will continue with it. As will I. Patty
Guest guest
I have not seen any limits to the term of use, as it works on a different premise than say echinacea. Guest guest
I actually followed the bottles recommendation of one tab three times a day with meals. We give the old Uncles one tablet twice a day, with lunch and dinner. By the way, that was correct about going into a crisis. Sure happens and you cannot believe it knowing what is going on. It was actually interesting to diagnose what was going on with your own body during that time. Patty
Guest guest
How do you take it and what dosage? I am reading a book called "Olive Leaf Extract" and it appears to be promising for a number of things. I have also read in the book that if taken you will go through a healing crisis for 1 to 3 days or more for more serious troubles. I appreciate your feedback as I check into everything before trying something new. Guest guest
look up the Olive Leaf Extract from East park. I think the website is www.goodnews.net.nz Try it. I have taken it and found it to be superior to other brands. It is the way it is processed. It is also expensive!
