Guest guest
Hi, I haven't yet tried anything for my thyroid. Until just recently I hadn't thought of it as bing one of the culprits to my illness. I would much prefer to go a natural route than with drugs anyway. In fact...my hope it to once and for all, totally change my eating habits so I can be totally healthy from the inside out and not have to constantly contend with one health problem after another and I want to raise my kids on only healthy foods so they don't grow up with my or my husband's health problems. I have been looking into the Hallelujah Acres diet which is very radical for most people. I am not a religious person ( but extremely spiritual ) and the site is very religious based but they do have some great healthy information and wonderful results in curing any illness known to man. Basically they do not eat any animal products at all and only organic foods, mostly non-processed and many raw....the less you cook the better. They have had great results in curring everything from Cancer to Fibromyalgia to Diabetes or any other illness you can name but it is so hard to adhere to this if you are not ready in mind and body and spirit. I am almost ready. I have been a vegetarian since I was born although my family was not. I have never, ever liked any sort of meat, fish or fowl. So I have a head start on following this diet and I don't think it will be too hard for me once I center myself and allow myself to feel the energy I get from doing something so healing. I am also inspired to change my way of life for my kids sake as well. They certainly deserve better than I have been giving them and once I have the knowledge, it's just not right to not use it. If you go to my website listed below my name, you can see a pic of my kids....don't worry I am not selling anything, I'm just an artist.
