Guest guest
Hi Sindea, My husband takes olive leaf to lower his blood pressure, and I take it as an immune booster if I feel as thought I'm coming down with something. The standardized extract is best, and I use the Nature's Sunshine brand. Debbie deb http://www.bodyhealthcenter.com
Guest guest
Hi I am Anne irydany and am living at " Misty Mountain " South Africa. I have high blood pressure would you please tell me how you take this olive leaf to reduce BP also if anyone has the secret of how to lose weight I would appreciate it I ahve tried just about every diet man has dreamt up and still the weight does not drop much I really need to lose 30 kgs. Thank you to all who make this list so very interesting I have learned so much. Yes I am Kefir and Kombucha wise. What If I lived on Kefir and Kombucha alone would that make me lose weight and would it be safe to do so. My only problem is what to sweeten it with. I use brown sugar and sometimes honey but its tart for my sweet tooth. Uh, probably not. Though I suppose you could try it as a short-term fast (WITH vitamins for important electrolytes!). > My only problem is what to sweeten it with. Another sweetener you could try is stevia or blackstrap molasses <--- loaded with minerals... -- Mindy ----------------------- " ...that they may be one...
