Are you still on HRT?

Sulfur insuffieciency, particularly for women, can

cause hair loss. NAC is one of the best of a short

list of sulfur-containing supplements. Another sulfur

compound, MSN is also vry helfpful. They has been

known to stop hair loss and even promote hair growth.

Eating more eggs and meat, the best food sources of

sulfur, is also effective. I was a vegetarian for a

long time and notice my hair growth has increased

dramatically since I consume lots of eggs and meat. I

also take biotin and the essential fatty acids which

are also valuable for hair health.

pam,

thanks for the information about sulfur. yes, i'm still on hormones, they

helped for a while, then it started again, this time even worse.

i'm already taking the biotin, but will pick up some msn or the other one

you mentioned, as well as start eating more eggs.

thanks again.

namaste,

pam
