Below I shall put the welcome letter I received when I joined this group. In no way does that welcome letter say the group focus is purely nutritional health. Based on the letter, I see no problem with discussion of liver cleanses, pendulems, etc. Has the focus of group changed? Guest guest
Dear Group, The focus of this group is nutritional health. That gives us wide latitude for a disussion area. We should leave out the liver cleanses, and zappers. There are plenty of groups that promote those already out there. Pendulums should also be limited. Religion we have already announced as out of bounds, as well as commercial postings. Public and social issues are ok once in a while even if they are off topic as long as they aren't too far out. This is a list with heavy posting which is good , but a lot of the postings don,t bring much to the group in the way of information. The main thing we have to limit is the coffee clatch type chit chat, or the many messages that say nothing more than thanks, great link, thank you, good one etc. this type, send a private email. We have also went over a number of times that do not repost long messages when posting your reply. If you do not know how to shorten them ask someone. Thanks the moderators.
