Guest guest
My husband had symptoms of restless leg, although it did not bother him every day. He has varicose veins in his legs and poor circulation. So this is what I believed caused his restless leg syndrome, as you described. For his varicose veins he began taking horsechestnut every day. This herb is a diuretic also, and it relieved his painful legs and the restlessness stopped also. From what I read about this herb, always buy it prepared, don't try to do it yourself. I suffer with a 'restless leg problem' whereby my legs become extremely uncomfortable sometimes as early 3pm and the only way that I can get rid of the pain is to go to bed and lay flat. Guest guest
Will try that thanks - with clogged arteries, it is probably a circulation problem, I do not have varicose veins so it can only be the circulation. Guest guest
Hi I have heard that if you walk barefoot in the early morning dew on the lawn, it will help with varicose veins. I have not tried this out as I am fortunate enough to not have them, if anyone tries this for awhile and it helps, let me know... Guest guest
Dear Lorrie, I doubt if walking barefoot will do more than toughen up the bottom of your feet. I have a strong suspicion, though, that most of the varicose veins in our society is from a copper deficiency. Shellfish and liver are the richest sources.
