Eduardo,

She sounds just like my two year son,,,,I have used

orange oil in a candle oil burner...in his room before

he goes to sleep, which i remove before he goes to

bed,, when he is really cranky, this seems to calm him

some..

Dear Eduardo,

Welcome to the group! As for your baby.... (she sounds like a real handful - in

a joyful way!) how about a drop or two of Lavender in the bath or a drop into

either a carrier oil or lotion after the bath. Also, Roman chamomile or

Valerian essential oils. Again, only a drop or two, diluted, for any child

under 5 or so. This might also work well for you too!!! :)

Wishing you well in all ways,

Lynn

Thank you,

Michelle, You are a brave girl.

Please look at the Dr Weil pages and take up his breathing and meditation

exercises. Since you already have a computer it will cost nothing.

I happen to belive that vitamins and no sugar, no flour also help.

Been there.

Hi Martha,

No I have not heard from Ashley. We are really more acquaintances than friends.

How's gearing up for CAPPA coming along? We are well; Joshua is getting so big!

He remains quite alert and curious about his world, and he babbles now, smiles

often. You were in my dreams last night, teaching at a training held in some

beautiful, high mountains. I remember hugging hello and goodbye, so hugs to you

in this side of the dreamworld, too!

He Adrienne;

Thanks for the inspiration; I'm making training dates for Colorado and

your dream inclines me to schedue a residential intensive in the high

country. Now that would make me happy!

CAPPA - I've backed down on tabling there, too big an expense and

headache, except to provide 300 copies of training brochures or

SOMETHING really soon to go in everyones' handout packet. You know

I'm invited to speak at MANA in Boulder afterall? Sunday 2 hour

session! Oct 2nd, I htink. STill have th eCEU outline to complete

tonight.

Who is that teaching Joshua to run the remote? He is llooking great,

and more like John esp in that little white pixie hat. Glad to see

the wind back your hair too. Thanks for sharing!

Love,

martha
