Guest guest
Hi All, Here is just a small part of the nutritional data which DWIDP provides, based on your daily food intakes. It can also suggest foods to better balance your nutritional intake and you can set your own goals for each item. I have NO commercial interest in this software and the free demo version (lack print and a few other items) available via the link below is VERY usable. UE is User Entered goal RDA is the US nutrient RDAs SA is " Safe and Allowable " . You need KIM (download from link below) to do the polyunsaturated Omega 3 & Omega 6 analysis. Long term members on the Cr Society discussion group know all about DWIDP but some new members may not. ========================== Dr. Walford's Interactive Diet Planner NUTRIENT TOTALS for TODAY for User : Greg Daily Totals for 21 Nov, 2001 ----------------------------- Calories 1473.9 __cal 92% UE Protein 94.228 __gm 94% UE Total Fat 21.474 __gm 98% UE Sat.
