With respect you need to look at data from human Canola in humans, anything else is pure conjecture or worst. ======================== Good Health & Long Life, Greg Watson, gowatson USDA database (food breakdown) http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/foodcomp/ PubMed (research papers) http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/query.fcgi DWIDP (nutrient analysis) http://www.walford.com/dwdemo/dw2b63demo.exe KIM (omega analysis) http://ods.od.nih.gov/eicosanoids/KIM_Install.exe

Mary Enig is certainly no lightweight in the oils arena and has been fighting the oil giants forever. Guest guest
Any toxicity of canola oil has been bred out of it. Bred, as different strains of apples, or roses, or horses. I would be much more concerned with the genetic modification being carried on by Monsanto wherein genes foreign to the plant, and maybe not of plant origin, are being inserted into the plant.
