The best thing to help you loose weight is cheap, free, and easy to find. I know many can't believe it, but most people that use it liberally loose from 35, to 50 and even 100 pounds. This can take from 3 months to one year, but in the meantime, you will gain hundreds of other benefits. Are you ready for this? Simply drink water ! Some say they hate water. Likely this is due to the fact they have water that tastes bad. The taste buds and possibly the brain may have to acclimate for a few days. In a short time, water will taste good, if it is good water. Give it a try, you have nothing to loose but weight. By the way, I speak from experience. I lost 35 pounds and about 5 to 6 inches in waist measurement. Plus, I have not had a single headache nor have I ran out of energy since I started drinking water. Typically, I drink 1.25 gallons per day. The real bonus is that I do not get sore muscles any more with I overstress them a bit. I realize there are hundreds of things that will help one to loose weight. This is the starting point to get you headed toward first base. It may even get you all the way to first base. Guest guest
I drink a 12-15 glasses a day. I love water, but I think I need something else because I gained a lot of weight lately. Wayne how many glasses of water would you say? any specific distribution during the day? thanks a lot. --- Wayne Fugitt <wayne wrote: > > >I'm wondering if enzymes can help me to loose > weight & > >reduce acne. > > The best thing to help you loose weight is cheap, > free, and easy to find. > > I know many can't believe it, but most people > that use it liberally > loose from 35, to 50 and even 100 > pounds. > > This can take from 3 months to one year, but in > the meantime, you will > gain hundreds of other benefits. > > Are you ready for this? Interesting...... I never heard of anyone gaining weight while drinking lots of water. >Wayne how many glasses of water would you say? any >specific distribution during the day? First,..... the glass is not a very standard unit of measure. Some think a glass is 8 ounces. My glass is 16 ounces. However, I don't count glasses, but often I count bottles. Most of my bottles are 20 ounces. Some few are 16 ounces. I don't think I ever drink less than 6 bottles per day, usually 8 bottles. One thing you might try, unless you have a dislike for it, would be eating trailmix. Typically this food is high in fat and fiber. So you don't have to eat but a few bites, or an ounce or two and the hunger pain is gone for sure. Make sure you have things like raw sunflower seeds, raw pumpkin seeds, english walnuts, raw peanuts, or even Brazil nuts in the trailmix. If you can't loose weight eating this food and drinking water, then you have some problem that is not known. As to when I drink the water,......... from the time I get up until the time I go to bed. It does not have to be a chore or a task. The trailmix is a fantastic food and you can mix it differently each time you make it. Just leave out the M & M's and the fruit that his high in carbohydrate. I use raisins from time to time. Also use toasted soybeans. I buy this stuff by the 10, 20, 30 and even 40 pounds at a time. Of course some of it goes to friends and family whom have become addicted to it. Often many of us work all day on nothing but trailmix and water. We do not feel deprived or tortured while doing it. I never eat anything for lunch except this, other than the times I have a social get-together and have to eat typical food. Wayne
Guest guest
How do you respond to the person who expresses concern over the suggestion that they stop to drink water, " all through the day? " No animal I know of, stops to drink water very often. Also, it seems reasonable to assume that a diet rich in fresh fruit, vegetables and juices, would supply ample moisture, without having to be constantly drinking water. Clearly, if you drink large amounts of water, you'll experience a greater sense of fullness, which will discourage overeating. My alternative doctor, advised people to eat a diet composed almost entirely of foods which contain huge amounts of water (fruits, vegetables), and, if you did that, he felt you could depend on your natural desire for additional water, without making a point of drinking it. - " Wayne Fugitt " <wayne Friday, December 07, 2001 5:54 PM Re: Loosing Weight > > At 10:44 AM 12/07/2001 -0800, you wrote: > >I drink a 12-15 glasses a day. > >I love water, but I think I need something else > >because I gained a lot of weight lately. > Interesting...... Don't cows generally have to live near ponds & such? > Also, it seems reasonable to assume that a diet rich in fresh fruit, > vegetables and juices, would supply ample moisture, without having to be > constantly drinking water. Fruit & vegetables have water, yes, but not that much.... and fruit juices are way too sugary - perhaps if one diluted fruit juices 1-4 parts like they do in other countries? Just a thought. -- Mindy ----------------------- " ...that they may be one... " - Jesus, John 17:22 AIM: BirthJnky ICQ: 114149
Guest guest
First, my point was that all the animals I've observed don't stop to drink water " that often. " Second, I rarely drink fruit juice, and almost always have celery or carrot juice together, and often celery and apple together. Actually most fruit is almost entirely composed of water, and many vegetables have huge amounts of water in their makeup. - " Mindy Behymer " <mindy Sunday, December 09, 2001 12:58 PM Re: Loosing Weight > John Polifronio wrote: > > > How do you respond to the person who expresses concern over the suggestion > > that they stop to drink water, " all through the day?
