Alobar, Can you read PDF files on your computer? Go to http://www.healthprivacy.org and click on " state laws " and then click on the state you're in for the summary (or download the gigantic 289 page paper they have there...!) I was suprised to discover that my state (Louisiana) does guarantee my right to my paperwork, even though LA is backwards in so many other areas.
