Guest guest
Hi Hyancinth, I suffered for years with sinusitis, and rounds and rounds of antibiotics before I found the natural route. Acupuncture was very successful for me. I have been able to get rid of infections with a combination of bromelain and bayberry. I have also used fenugreek thyme, a wonderful natural decongestant. One thing that has been very helpful recently is the Grossan sinus solution. It is like saline, but formulated to match your body fluids better with no preservatives. It is what they use in IV drips, I believe. I jusy put it in the spray bottle it came with and sniff a few times a day. They also recommend irrigation, but I haven't needed to do that. I used to steam with peppermint essential oil, but in researching I found that the steam keeps the cilia from operating properly so that they can't move out the infection. Hope this helps; it's done wonders for me! Debbie deb http://www.bodyhealthcenter.com
