I dont know about other countries, but I have heard Germany is very open with

herbs. Ginkgo is one of the leading prescriptions there. I know of someone

who lives there and she says that nothing is regulated as far as she is

aware, and they are very open, and sell herbal products and pharmaceuticals

in the same pharmacy, and are flabbergasted that americans have 2 different

shops for the medicines. Just my 2 cents....

Where did this information come from? I was recently in Australia and had no

problems with buying supplements - also from a pharmacy selling both

pescriptive drugs as well as supplement.
