Guest guest
Is there anyone here who recommends mineral oil for dry skin (or against it)? I thought I remembered reading that it was bad for you, but can't remember why.... Mindy

Guest guest
Hi Mindy, Using mineral oil internally or topically is NOT recommended. Estrogen, the adrenal hormones, and vitamins A, D, E, and K dissolve in mineral oil when taken internally or topically and are lost in the feces. Check your cold creams and make sure there is no mineral oil in it. Pam Mindy Behymer <mindy wrote: Is there anyone here who recommends mineral oil for dry skin (or against it)? Guest guest
hey, I just rubbed some of my VCNO on my hands, and it feels great. I will use it on my skin, as I have very dry skin. Greg - my VCNO is not liquid - like I expected it to be - is this still o.k.? It smells of coconut, and tastes like coconut, and is not hardened like Kremelta. its softish, but solid. Is this o.k.? Guest guest
I have had great success with aztec jojoba oil. it is not great smelling, but it is nice for skin and you only need a little bit. also- you do not need to use soaps and cleansers for your skin daily, and those dry out your skin. I wash with water and a cloth and that keeps me looking better than all the other stuff I used to use....
