Guest guest
Marianne I gained 60 pounds in less than a year and had a trainer, exercised daily had a nutritoinist who put me on a very low fat diet and I continued to gain --when I got rid of the nutritionist and began eating normal foods in small quantities I did not gain any more wieght - havent lsot much either--I beleive from all of the reading I have done that during that 2 years with the dietician, I was starving my metabolism and depleting my body of every know mineral because I am close to adrenal exhaustion now. About 3 or 4 months has been my time frame as well. I experienced the exact same thing. I get a little less than a pint of cream per week. Also using flax oil, and eating more eggs. No weight gain. I am doing everything that I can, food and supplement wise, to address that problem. I know that I can lose weight if I stay of the sugar - that is my downfall, being a chocoholic. I made my husband remove all of the remaining free chocolate bars from the house this morning so I should be able to report a weight loss by the end of this week.
