How can people say she is eating poorly or judge her diet?

We don't know what she has for her light dinner.

We don't know how old she is.

There are other factors as well, such as metabolism.

Re:Cracked finger tips

Lois, you sound like an articulate, intelligent woman. Why on earth are

you eating so poorly? Your body is starving for some missed nutrients, is

what I would say....and you DID ask, I think! <g>

If you are still interested in losing weight, you need to eat a much more

varied diet - forget the buttered toast, and forget the triscuits. Swap

those calories out for a healthy egg, perhaps poached in a teaspoon of

olive or coconut oil for breakfast. For lunch, a piece of chicken with

broccoli, cauliflower, or a fresh green salad would be a much better bet

for your poor starving body.

I know all about the diet demon - I often jokingly say my life has just

been a series of diets, punctuated by normal eating! But you can watch

your weight, diet, whatever, in a much more healthy way.

I have a soap/lotion business, and have studied enough material to know

that the cracks you suffer come from within, and no amount of lotions and

potions will permanently heal them, I'm afraid.

Please consider this in the spirit in which it was intended....if you'd

like to chat, just e-mail me privately.
