Guest guest
Well, by virtue of the word " light " , and given the contents of breakfast and lunch, it would surely be a stretch to picture that meal including a wide array of healthy veggies and good protein. Age would definitely factor into metabolism, but probably wouldn't have much of an impact on BASIC nutritional needs. In no way was the post intended as a criticism or a judgment...just wanted to point out that most skin issues are a result of what goes on inside our bodies.
