Meniere's disease is a disorder of the inner ear which causes episodes of vertigo, tinnitus, and feeling of pressure in the ear and with occasional hearing loss and associated with imbalance, nausea, and vomiting. The attacks may very from person to person.

Though allopathy medicines are important to maintain balance, you can depend on alternative therapies like Ayurveda, accupressure, homeopathy treatments etc.

This disease may associate with many other illness like diabetes, which is present in you. Some times acidity may give the symptoms of vertigo, which you may consider as the same disease.

To control the attacks, you can consume pomegranate juice.

You can consume Gorochanadi Pills with ginger juice twice daily by adding honey. Coriander juice and lemon juice are also helpful.

Yoga and pranayama are recommended.

In Ayurveda, panchakarmas like Nasyakarma and shirodhara are indicated. Consume Medicine package combination medicine and Ashvagandha, along with Sarivadi Vati can be used for your complaint.
