To submit a paper for consideration please fill up the abstract form and submit it with your registration form. Abstracts not accompanied by paid registration will not be considered. Abstracts will be considered on the basis of quality and appropriateness to the conference themes. Abstracts should not exceed 250 words and should be submitted before 15 October 1999. Please contact one of the Co-Chairs or the Secretariat for registration & abstract forms. Registration Fee and Accommodation Early bird (before 15 October 1999): US$150; Regular (After 15 October 1999): US$200. Cheques payable to National University of Singapore should be mailed to the Secretariat together with the Registration form. The Registration form requires your selection of accommodation: Orchard Hotel (conference venue): S$145 per night for single or twin room; York Hotel: S$105 per night for single or twin room. The hotels required the payment of one night when the room reservations are made. Please request the brochure with further information from the Secretariat.
