I've suffered with sinus infections myself, and have hoped to find something besides the antibiotics the doctors insist I need to take... I do use echinacea extract that I believe in totally; what other herbs did you find helped? Thanks. Guest guest
I think the message following these posts regarding off-topic discussion is kind of strict too, but it is included in all messages we pass back and forth here. (Meaning that it hopefully wasn't directed at me after inquiring about the herbs.) I agree with Roger Miller's message that >Aromatherapy, herbs and spirituality are all connected. < Tracy, how do you feel about all this? We are bound to wonder off topic occasionally; it can promote the camaraderie of the list members. We've had some good participation recently, and everyone has so much to share, let's not stop now! I left all the above attached to the messages to explain the point here!) NM
Guest guest
Dear List Members, The reason for the rule about the subject being aromatherapy is so that no one starts talking about their cooking recipes, or what they bought today, or what your favorite car is. That is what I meant. If you want to talk about herbs, you can. Just don't make this list into a herb list, that's all. Please everyone, obviously you all know that this list is new, and if something is unclear, please don't jump to conclusions and make it worse than it is. I don't want this list ending up like many others where everyone is insulted. If you have any questions or doubts, please contact me and we can discuss it. Please give this list time to mature. Thanks you all for your patients. The enjoyment of this list is slowly vanishing. This message will hopefully be a rare one from me since I am the one who wants this list to be a safe place where nobody will be insulted. You have all read the rules. Why did you join this list if you did not like them? If you cannot be here without complaining about the rules, then please remove yourself. I am not forcing you to be here. Please, let's all get along and end this conversation. I really don't want to hear more about it on this list. If you have a complaint, send it to me. That's not what this list is for. Thank You Tracy
