Guest guest
Hi Everybody, This is probably the last you'll hear from me for a week as my father goes in for hip replacement surgery and I will be out of town with him at the hospital..... Here's what " The Fragrant Mind " by Valerie Ann Worwood mentions for Sandalwood-- Character: Enlightmenment, Meditative, Balancing, Connecting Use for These Positive Attributes: Warm, comforted, sensitive, serene, trusting, harmonized, peaceful, wise, sensual, expressive, good self-esteem, open, insightful, unity Use to Counteract These Negative Attributes: Anxiety, nervous tension, possessiveness, manipulating, unforgiving, obsessive, lonely, accepting, cynical, insecurity, recurrent nightmares, selfishness, distressed, uneasy, hasty, aggressive, irritable, dwelling on the past. As you might have guessed, the above book is one of my favorites, along with Worwood's The Fragrant Pharmacy (called The Complete Book of Essential Oils and Aromatherapy in Canada). Also, I find Susan Worwood's Essential Aromatherapy handy, as it is pocket size and I take it on trips. I have just ordered from Chapters.ca Aromatherapy for Healing The Spirit by Gabriel Mojay. I quite enjoyed it because it incorporated reflexology and Traditional meridians with aromatherapy. Quite unique. Hope this helps! I'm looking forward to the book suggestions because there is several " chapters " stores in Calgary to buy many, many books to read while at the hospital....Have a good week everyone!
