Blending

For anyone that's interested, on the aromatherapy course I did, our tutor used

the blending method on a scale of 1- 12. 1 was for base notes, including

Chamomile, Eucalyptus and Peppermint. Top notes were nearing 12, such as

Bergamot. Middle notes were around 7. She had been taught this way and she

said it gave her more freedom in making blends. Blending was more by

" intuition " . This way, I too, find more helpful.

To the person who asked for info on Mandarin, I don't know a lot about it but it

is a citrus oil with a more calming effect, I believe, helpful for sleep probs,

among other things. I might get it myself!

Blessings to all

Melanie
