Guest guest
HI Jen This is kind of a tuff one - and I don't know which oils you've used previously so I thought I'd list out different oils that can be used. The following comes from The Complete Book of Essential Oils & Aromatherapy by Valerie Ann Worwood, New World Library, 1991. Worwood recommends the following essential oils for supple, toned muscles - Black Pepper Ginger Rosemary - (This could also help with focusing.) Lavender Cypress Basil Pettigraine Juniper Thyme Peppermint Grapefruit - (This oil could also help with staying focused) Orange Lime Birch She also says that for easier breathing and increased circulation the following could be used- Respiratory Oils - Eucalyptus, Peppermint & Rosemary ( Rosemary would also help with keeping focused) Circulatory Oils - Geranium, Palmarosa and Rose (although I don't know how well these oils would blend with some of the muscle oils!) I might try making a massage oil with only 3 or 4 oils such as Birch, Juniper, Eucalyptus and Lavender. Sometimes less is best! Hope this helps! Kimberly p.s. - thanks so much for the nice things you said about my articles
