Hi - my name is Becky and I work full time, am married and have two

kids. I've become interested in aromatherapy I think as a natural

extension of my love of gardening and all things herbal. My first

experience was discovering the wonderful smell of the lavender.

 

I thought a good way for me to learn more about aromatherapy would be

to try to research and learn about a specific aspect of it that could

apply to my life, and that would be stress relief.

 

I would appreciate any info/comments on this. I'd like to find easy

ways to incorporate aromatherapy's benefits daily into my busy life.
