I have torn a ligament in my shoulder or some such thing (no I don't know

what I have done) and I have set up an appointment with a good doctor for

tomorrow.

No oils have helped much with the pain which seems to be deep down in the

joint, but on top - not that I expect that bit of Irish to make sense to

anyone.

However, I am battling to sleep because everytime I move onto that shoulder

I wake up. By tomorrow night the treatment and the painkillers will

probably have kicked in, but I need a pick-up until then.

Suggestions?

Moria,

I'd be happy to share some stuff that has worked for us but it's rather off

Aromatherapy topic. Please contact me off line so I don't junk up the list with

non-AT info.

Dear Moira... hope you are feeling better. Have you tried Lemongrass,

or birch. If not, please consider them.

Create an abundant life for yourself!
