Think of 'oozing' because everything in their system is filled to the max with poisons. Solutions anyone? Many out there. Guest guest
Hi Doc and all, Rebounding is a great way to eliminate toxins....important, very important to keep the lymph flowing. Also, there are massages specifically for lymphatic draining. With both of these methods, it's very important to keep hydrated so the toxins can be eliminated. I'm sure Donna Eden has many methods to achieve this, as well. Recently, I picked up her updated EM book, and the DVD. So far, so good. Will look this up in her book. Here's the good word from Edgar on toxin elimination via steam baths; http://www.edgarcayce.org/health/database/health_resources/steam_Baths.asp Also, more on Cayce's view's on healing and health, and a thorough explanation on the 4 elements of good health: assimilation, elimination, circulation, and relaxation: http://www.healingcancernaturally.com/edgar-cayce-health-healing.html Enjoy!
