Guest guest
In TOI, there was an analysis on Salman Khan. The author says that courts in India do not reform but punish. These are not about laws of justice but laws of punishment. Doctors act similar to the Indian judges. They punish rather than cure. When cure/ justice is not in sight, the demand of criminals/ patients increase to utilize the infrastructure investment. The doctors and judges then think like businessmen, and only try to justify their jobs like industrial workers. On the principle, doctors are not for cure of disease but to repair the injury. Disease is ‘discomfort’ of soul in relation to the body. On the other hand, injury is mechanical failure or accidental damage of the body. A doctor is as risky or as beneficial as any other professional viz. accountant or lawyers. If one has no self control and injury was a result of his/her hard work; doctors get a chance to profit from it. If there are no criminals, lawyers and judges will starve to death. Criminals are in other words providers of food to the judges and lawyers. Honest persons have no capacity to pay to lawyers, and they keep distance from the lawyers in their self interest. Similarly, sick persons are providers of food to the doctors and pharmacy companies; and people who are not rich cannot go to doctors should never live unhealthy life styles. Jail (police, lawyers, judges, criminals) or hospital (doctors, pharmacy, and patients) is just same things. Both deal with defective people. To blame the doctors or lawyers is to spurt the venom and not address the core issue. Doctors will make good business only if diseases increase. Many doctors in rural areas say that winter is not a season for them. They expect patients in rainy season and summers. Also that markets and industrial climate are sponsors of doctors. You can see the Meerut accident, where several hundred were injured and doctors in hospitals demand huge amount of money. Road accidents, executive stress and junk food are major provider of food. These are linked to one another. India cannot have both. If must choose the definition of development. If development means, industrialization, let doctors and lawyers and judges have a fun time. Regards K G Misra On Behalf Of Bethany Sunday, April 16, 2006 7:12 PM Re: Sick Humour We sure do need to show docs their strong medicine doesn't work... Yesterday the child who had NO cancer yet was treated by MD Anderson (good insurance policy) in a stem cell research program, died. These bastards ... it was a nightmare to watch knowing their game. I saw the parents giving their son to the Beast, and when it was all said and done, they asked what this was all about, he was promised life, facts showed the tumor was dead, now he is dead. It took MD Anderson 6 months to kill him, he had been doing alternative and it took 6 months for the original cancer to die (proven on an MRI). MDA didn't like that and put him on the stem cell program, after chemoing him down to skin and bones... which btw... they say worked, as he lived 6 months cancer free... woopie do. I am committed to breaking the back of this beast system. Beth - SM Acharya Saturday, April 15, 2006 2:05 PM Re: Sick Humour To be very frank, Jag is not educating the docs but is rubbing them on the wrong side. Let us show that patients can get well without strong medicines. I don't recommend any medicine at all. They just start feeling better in all respects with very little guidance and nothing more. S.
