TOXIC SHIP BLUE LADY NOT TO BE BROKEN: INDIAN COURT------------------ (18 aug 2006) The Indian Supreme Court has said that Blue Ship, owned by Malaysia's Star Cruises Limited, has only been granted permission for anchoring at a safe place in the territorial waters of India.
