Namaste, You are right when you say this super-growth food is for its calf.That is why it is recommended that when you give this milk to babies you should dilute it with equal amount of water. I think it is better to take more curd from the skimmed milk or butter-milk than drinking milk directly. Many people have milk-intolerance. With butter-milk or curd or yoghurt no such problem should arise.
