Year 2007 Children Anapana Meditation Courses Schedule in Delhi

This is to inform about the children Anapana Meditation courses scheduled in year 2007 in Delhi Meditation center.

 

All children/students can benefit a lot from this meditation technique.

 

I have attached a one page file giving the entire courses schedule in year 2007.

 

The courses coming early next year are also mentioned below for quick reference.

 

Girls (Age group 13 to 16 yrs)1) 1 day : 7 Jan (Sun) 10 AM to 4 PM 2) 2 day : Feb 09 (Fri) - Feb 11 (Sun)

 

Boys (Age group 13 to 16 yrs)1) 1 day : 4 Feb (Sun) 10 AM to 4 PM

 

Girls and Boys (Age group 8 to 12 yrs) 1) 1 day : 4 Mar (Sun) 10 AM to 4 PM

 

Kindly note that one day Anapana Meditation courses are also offered. These courses will be useful in case a child is unable to spare two days.
