Hence I am encouraged to share some of my secrets with you. One, when ever you are not getting sleep, start doing it. Take the first one of a couple of seconds, then stop and start enjoying it as long as you want. Then you will feel the urge from inside you, your inner voice telling you, oh, let me enjoy again. So do it once again only one step of a couple of seconds and start enjoying again. If you repeat two or three times, you will automatically find fast asleep. So, no need for sleeping pills; isn't? What a benefit to all our sleep-deprived souls? Two, when you continue enjoying these exercises instinctively for longer durations, your mind will automatically go into meditation and into a blissful state which ultimately take you to " self realization " . What more a human being would ask from God by praying in the temples all his life? Three, when some one is having a backache, ask him to lie down like a child in " shavasan'. Let him do one step of a second or two, let him start enjoying that. Guide him to do it three or four times. Then ask him to wait for the inner signal asking him to repeat and enjoy again. When he starts doing that following those signals, his body clock starts working and he goes on doing and enjoying. That very moment, his acute or chronic pain disappears converting it into heavenly pleasure. Four, that way, pain convets into pleasure within minutes to go on enjoying it for the rest of his life, as and when he wants to enjoy. Five, that way, we can make this world back pain free so easily. I have already done this to more than 30,000 persons the world around through free demos-cum-cure camps including high profile govt offices, big businesses, meditation and yoga classes, senior citizens clubs, Rotary and Lions Clubs, etc. etc. And I continue to do it although I am 75 years plus. This has become my mission, rather my second nature. If a person like you takes it up even with or without monetary considerations, it would be simply great. From those who are rich, let us make millions and help our poor country and poor people. Please pass this word around loud and clear to as many as you can after editing it your own way.
