Back Pain Eradication Campaign: An important feedback

Mr. Simon Francis, Senior Manager, Computer

Engineering, St. Joseph’s Technical Institute , Pune

was suffering from chronic back pain and neck pain

(cervical spondylitis) for five years even after

undergoing various treatments. When he was prescribed

simple self-cure yogic exercises for the spine for

about five minutes, his back pain was completely gone

and the neck pain also got substantially reduced.

This is what he said, to quote in his own words, “By

doing ATBSNR for five minutes, my back pain was gone

completely and the neck pain also got reduced

considerably. It felt like ‘magic’ with a feeling of

freshness.”

Hence, it is needless to say that those who are

suffering from various aches and pains or might suffer

in future, should start doing the simple five minute

ATBSNR exercises as per details given at

www.atbsnr.com to prevent and cure various aches and

pains and to enjoy better physical, mental and

spiritual health in future.

If there are any doubts or any queries,, please email

them to smacharya for quick solution.

Hence let no one suffer from backaches in future.
