Guest guest
Hi, I have a question. Since the weather is warming up, I am wondering if you would advise or if it would be beneficial to have enemas between my liver cleanses. I do the liver cleanses once a month with the colonics, but I also have problems staying out of the sun now, so I'm having some flareups. I'm in Southern Calif., it's warming up, and I have a little one who is not going to stay inside all day. So even though it bothers me I pretty much have to get out. So would enemas be an additional help? And if so what kind, and where do I get the equipment. The only ones I've ever done were the kind you get from the drugstore, which I understand now are not good for the body. THanks for answering my question. Guest guest
Greetings MB Yes, enemas between the liver cleanse are excellent as a support measure. The procedure is to do 1 per day for 5 to 7 days in a row, then break for a week. I recommend the ayurvedic enema or the western enema. The ayurvedic enema instructions and equipment supplier are in the ayurvedic cleansing text here http://health./files The western enema differs in that you make a tea from burdock root which is a natural purifier. Boil 6 tablespoons of burdock root in 6 cups of water. Strain out root, let cool to body temperature, and use for enema. Burdock root can be found at http://www.herb-inc.com Try both types of enemas and see what works best for you. Regarding sun exposure, it is best to keep it moderate, wear a hat, and use a natural sun screen. If any questions, feel free to ask.
