Guest guest
Hi Onelove I am now preparing for my 3rd liver cleanse and I recall an earlier message about a kidney cleanse after the 3rd liver cleanse - my questions are: is the kidney cleanse essential? Was it necessary in your own healing process? I have the older edition of " The amazing liver cleanse " , which describes a mixture of: Marjoran Cat's claw Fennel seed chicory herb lemon seed uva ursi hydranger root gravel root marshmallow root Golden rod herb Comfrey root I may have difficulty obtaining several of these, hence my concern about how essential the kidney cleanse is. Like others in the group, I have been amazed at the number of stones expelled during the liver cleanses. No change in the rosacea yet, but I am under no illusions - it will take time. Thanks again for your support. Steve UK
Guest guest
Congratulations Steve You can get by without the kidney cleanse. I was able to. I am recommending it after each third liver cleanse because Andreas Moritz now recommends it. The kidney cleanse no longer has lemon seed. You should be able to find a herb supplier by doing a search. Here in the states, the supplier is www.herb-inc.com All the best OneLove Steve Sharp <steve_sharp12 wrote: > Hi Onelove > > I am now preparing for my 3rd liver cleanse and I > recall an earlier > message about a kidney cleanse after the 3rd liver > cleanse - my > questions are: is the kidney cleanse essential?
