Guest guest
Hi OneLove, I am planing to do my first liver cleanse but i have some questions which i hope you can answer: During preparation of this cleanse, excessive amounts of apple juice are to be consumed, I was wondering does the apple juice have to be of red apples or green, does it have to be organic? Also if I buy the juice cartons from a super market they have preservatives like citric acid in them, could this cause a problem? Does apple juice further aggravate rosacea? Regarding the olive oil, it has to be cold pressed, so far i havent come across anything like this, will normal good quality olive oil do? I am worried that my symptoms will get worse after the cleanse and not get better, that's something i dont think i could cope with. After the cleanse will my symptons get worse and maybe start improving after a while? If this is the case I may take some time of work. Andreas recommends that a colema should be done before the cleanse, is this absolutely necessary? I'm worried that the stones will get stuck in the colon and cause further medical issues (i've heard toxemia is possible), but I'm not sure. Is the ayurveda also essential? I am not expecting miracles to happen but will there be some changes in my rosacea after the first cleanse? I have heard that Neem is a good herbal supplement for rosacea, does this help? I've been taking Amla capsules and Triphala for the last ten days now, I spoke to a local homeopath regarding my problem and he said that i was producing too much bile. Will I have to stop taking the herbals during the cleanse. I'm only 20 years old and i have this problem, I can only blame the antibiotics i took for my acne, I was on them for atleast a year, could this be one of the causes? As you can see i have many questions! I will be very grateful if you could answer them. Thank you, Simran

It is best to shop at the health food store. Any type of apples will work. Bottled unfiltered apple juice is what you want. Citric acid is not a problem. Organic is always best. > Regarding the olive oil, it has to be cold pressed, > so far i havent come across anything like this, will > normal good quality olive oil do? Cold pressed extra virgin olive oil is what you want. You can find it at the health food store. > I am worried that my symptoms will get worse after > the cleanse and not get better, that's something i > dont think i could cope with. There could be an initial increase in symptoms before a decrease in symptoms. You should see a decrease in symptoms with each successive cleanse. > Andreas recommends that a colema should be done > before the cleanse, is this absolutely necessary? > I'm worried that the stones will get stuck in the > colon and cause further medical issues (i've heard > toxemia is possible), but I'm not sure. The ayurvedic cleanse is not essential but it is helpful. > I am not expecting miracles to happen but will there > be some changes in my rosacea after the first > cleanse? I do not recommend herbals during the cleanse, but they are ok outside of each cleanse. > I'm only 20 years old and i have this problem, I can > only blame the antibiotics i took for my acne, I was > on them for atleast a year, could this be one of the > causes? Guest guest
Hi OneLove Thank you for answering my previous questions. I have one more question regarding the liver cleanse. You say that the colonic is essential before and after the cleanse. Unfortunately I may not be able to afford this so i was wondering if the method using Epsom salts (taken orally) could substitute for the colonic. Also is it safe to use Vicco Turmeric cream on the face if you have rosacea. Thank you, Simran
Guest guest
Hi Simran No, epsom salts is not a substitute for the colonic or colema. Turmeric cream should not be a problem, however by trying it you will know for sure. Best regards OneLove original message Hi OneLove Thank you for answering my previous questions.
