Questions about the Liver Cleanse

Hey, Im hoping someone can help me out here.

I just purchased the Amazing Liver Cleanse book, and I'm getting

ready to do it. I have a question about the Pre-Colonic treatment,

when does this take place? Before the preparation or the day before

the actual cleanse?

 

Also in regards to taking Multivitamins and such, is this not

advised during the preparation or the cleanse or both? Also, Anti-

Depressants, should these not be taken during any of this time?

 

In the book it states certain times of the day to perform the

preparation and cleanse, are these absolutely nessescary?

A few days before or right up to the day before the

cleanse.

You will need to gauge this for yourself. It is better

not to take them.

The times indicated are very important for success.
