Guest guest
Hi I have just finished my first cleanse. I had the after colonic on Saturday and it is now monday. After my first colonic which I did on the sixth day of my cleanse I started passing stones. They where small tan colourd stones at first with alot of green sluge and crystally stuff! (I do not know how wlse to describe it.) then on the seventh day after the oil/grapefruit juice I passed more stones some bright green and some back aswell as tanned but all very small. About the size of a pea or smaller. I would say I passed between 50 and 100 stones over the two days. I haven't noticed any improvements to my skin yet but I can defiantley feel some benifits as my head is so much clearer and my stomach less bloated. I could not book any more colonics until the 1st of July then I have two more cleanses planned and booked in starting the end of June so I will keep you all updated on how I go. I think I have had Roseaca since a young child so I am quite prepared for this taking some time. It has only been in the last year or so that it has become bad enough for me to actually realise this is not " just my type of skin! " I am walking for at least fifteen mins throughout the day but I have noticed I get a red blotchey rash all over my arms when I do this which dies down shortley afterwards. Does anyone else get this? Is this just toxins under my skin? On having my second colonic ( I went to a different clinic than the one I went to for my first) I was told I had candida through a questionaire they asked me to do so I am taking something called threelac to help get this under control. Is this OK to take Onelove? It is good bacteria. I actually lost 3 pounds from before and after this colonic and the nurse was amazed and said it must be due to liver cleanse helping me remove the build up. The lady I went to see for my first colonic told me I needed to have a stool test as she thought there was a problem with my digestion. She said that would be the only way to really know where my problem was coming from. The test is quite expensive £170. Money I really can't afford with everything else I am doing at the moment. do you think this sounds necessary or just a waste of money? Sorry for all the questions and thanks once more for your help with this. I am going to try the Ayurvedic cleanse between now and my next liver cleanse so will let you all know how that goes aswell. Guest guest
Hi Natasha, I thought I would share my experience. I had " gerd " like symptoms for a long time and would pop antacids. I did the stool test and found out that I actually have low stomach acid and they could find no bifidobacteria. Since I have been taking my doctors homepathic liver stuff I no longer have most of the gerd stuff and whenever my stomach feels bloated or sick taking a probiotic has stopped it. None of the other over the counter stomach remedies that I took had worked very well. I found the test pretty helpful. I'm sure its not an emergency to take the test, maybe you can budget it in when you're able. Nancy
Guest guest
Hi Nancy Thank you for sharing you experience I think I will do the test. I am not quite sure exactley what yo mean by " gerd " though. Sorry if I sound ignorant! I am from the UK is it an american expression? Did you notice an improvement in your skin after all this? Thanks again Natasha >NAWCHEM > > >Re: First Cleanse Update >Mon, 31 May 2004 12:06:59 EDT > >Hi Natasha, >I thought I would share my experience. Guest guest
Hi Natasha Congratulations on your first cleanse! Walking helps circulate energy and can stir up heat and toxins. Consider this to be good. Threelac is fine. I do not feel a stool test is necessary, however if you feel inclined, then proceed. Yes, please keep us posted of your experience. Kind regards OneLove tatootsna1978 <thefluffiestchicken wrote: > Hi > > I have just finished my first cleanse. I had the > after colonic on > Saturday and it is now monday.
