Guest guest
Hello First of all, thank you very much to OneLove, and to all here who have poted about their cleansing experiences. I am going to start liver cleansing soon, and I have a few queries about the Ayurvedic cleanse. Does this cleanse actually flush the stones out, as in the the liver flush? Is the Ayurvedic cleanse as effective as the Andreas' liver flush? Can I alternate between the two cleanses? Also, dashamula root mix is very expensive here in nz (about $100 US), so is there an alternative that can be used in the enema? Thanks for your help, Jane
Guest guest
Welcome Jane The ayurvedic cleanse removes heat and congestion, however it does not remove stones like the liver cleanse. Both cleanses complement each other. Yes, you can alternate between cleanses. The substitute for dashmula is burdock root.
