Guest guest
Hi there. I just did my first Liver cleanse couple days ago, so I thought Id report on it. I must say I was surprised I didnt think I would pass any stones. I passed atleast 70 Greenish floating stones, and I may have had more that sank, allthough i couldnt see. Next time I will need to do something different for that. Unfortunately my Colon Cleanse was canceled, so hopefully I can get one tommorow somehow, or do an enema at least. As of note, I did the cleanse as followed in the directions, except I did everything 2hours later, and didnt seem to have any probs. So far, no change in Facial Redness, allthough since eating no meat and lots of veggies, Ive noticed possibly less burning. This may or may not be of help to some people, but i think its intresting to note that there are two similar facial problems out there, one is Rosacea, and the other is called Keratosis Pilaris Rubra. I have the later. If you also have a fading eyebrow line on the the outer corner, you probably have KPR. And also, check the back of your arms if they are a bit bumpy or rough, or spotted, this is another indicator of KPR. Im going to do another cleanse in two weeks so I'll just keep ya updated if things change. Lu.
Guest guest
Hi It is interseting what you say about the Keratosis Pilaris Rupar as I have always had this bumpy skin on my cheaks and upper arms. In the last few years I have started to get red burning cheaks and occational tiny bumps on the apples of my cheaks aswell which the doctor was quick to say Roseaca. Could it be that I have both? do you have any tiny veins in the redness? I do on the apples of my cheaks and I thought this was a such sign of Roseaca. I have just finished my second cleanse and my armsfeel much smoother - I will post on that shortley Natasha > " lueastside " <lueastside > > > First Cleanse Report #1 >Sun, 04 Jul 2004 20:20:11 -0000 > >Hi there. >I just did my first Liver cleanse couple days ago, so I thought Id >report on it. Guest guest
Natasha. Hey there. Ok well it does sounds like you have KPR at least, and possibly rosacea. You are in a similar situation as myself, in which i know i have KPR, but im not sure i might have rosacea too. I've been diagnosed by lots of different dermatologists, some have said Rosacea, some KPR. Although the ones that said KPR seemed to have been much more thoughrough with the checkup, and more knowledgeable. I do have some slight veins on my nose and ears, but not really on my face. But I flush a lot, both my ears and face, and have a persistant redness. I also have the roughness on the back of arms too. Hmm well keep me updated if you notice some changes with the liver cleanses. I'll keep posting them and stuff. Good luck with everything Lu. , " Natasha Higgins " <thefluffiestchicken@h...> wrote: > Hi > > It is interseting what you say about the Keratosis Pilaris Rupar as I have > always had this bumpy skin on my cheaks and upper arms. Guest guest
Hi Natasha, Glad to hear your second cleanse has had positive results. I once heard from an old healer that " you know that your liver is getting cleaner when your upper arms are smoother. " It's really interesting what one picks up in passing -- and suddenly it becomes very useful! PC

Guest guest
Hi Lu Thank you for sharing your cleanse report. I am glad it was successful and I hope you did the all important post colonic or colema. Please note the times indicated for the cleanse are important too. I am not familiar with Keratosis Pilaris Rubra, however I would think that the protocols for this group will bring you results over time. Please do keep us updated. Best regards OneLove lueastside <lueastside wrote: > Hi there. > I just did my first Liver cleanse couple days ago, > so I thought Id > report on it.
