Guest guest
Hi Everyone, One Love I just wanted to update you after my second liver cleanse. I passed about 30 tiny stones this time. A little disapointing to me as this is not as many as with my first cleanse but still better out than in so defiantly possitive! I felt very ill on the night of my cleanse and the morning of the cleanse. I found it very hard to drink the Epsom salts and may not of drank enough.(Is there an alternative to this?) I feel a little clogged up now actually and will benifit I am sure by my colonic tomorrow. I did the cleanse Friday night. I found that on the saturday I looked a little redder than my normal at the moment. (Getting better all the time just very slowley) Then on the sunday I was alot redder. I presume this is because of the release of toxins? Has anyone else found this?I did a clay and cider vinegar mask on the sunday evening and seem to be calming down now. I have my third cleanse planned for the end of the month so will keep you posted and will let you know if I notice any more improvment over the next few days. Good luck everyone and keep with it! And dont forget to have fun- we will get there Natasha
Guest guest
Greetings Natasha Thank you for sharing your experience. I also felt ill during many of my initial liver cleanses. The ill feeling become much less with additional cleanses. I am fairly sure that Andreas Moritz only recommends epsom salts, but I read from PC that she has used a different preparation as an alternative. Perhaps PC can inform us about it? Keep up the great work and yes do not forget to have fun and keep on smiling during this process. Kind regards OneLove atootsna1978 <thefluffiestchicken wrote: > Hi Everyone, One Love > > I just wanted to update you after my second liver > cleanse. I passed > about 30 tiny stones this time.
